N1_Impact Consulting collaborated with the Ministerio de Educación Pública (MEP) of Costa Rica to support the Regional Leadership Team in redesigning and optimizing their core educational processes. Through the application of Lean methodologies and reengineering techniques, the consultancy enabled MEP to strengthen visibility, coordination, and decision-making on critical issues affecting the national education system.

The engagement focused on building modern, agile workflows for key regional operations, empowering leaders with practical Lean tools, and establishing a structured approach to diagnose and resolve operational challenges. As a result, MEP achieved clearer understanding and prioritization of high-impact topics such as school dropout trends, IT system implementation gaps, and adjustments in academic programs and school operations.
